Sendai Tourism, Convention and International Association has a variety of support services to assist management and ensure conventions run smoothly.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are organizing a convention.
We will coordinate with the parties concerned in order to carry out a smooth visit. In addition, we have a financial support system to cover part of the organizer’s travel expenses for those considering Sendai as a convention site.
We subsidize a portion of the expenses for international and domestic conventions to be held in Sendai.
We will assist with preparations of bid documents.
We can provide videos and image data of Sendai for you to use at presentations for the convention.
